  4. Oh my goodness, I would love to try each and every one of those desserts! They all look extra yummy, but my favorite thing is that towel with the flowerpot on it. So cute!

    Those little desserts in photo #12 are Strawberry Semolina Flans. The photographer is Peter Arthold (hover over each photo for photo credits) and he says "You cook the semolina within the milk, add stiff meringue, little gelatin sheets and fill into buttered molds. From upside down while still hot you stick one clean strawberry in it. Cool for some hours and enjoy."
    And if you like the looks of that dessert, you could also try the Japanese Strawberry Daifuku, also called Mochi. It's the same idea, but using glutinous rice cake instead of the semolina (wheat), filled with strawberry and sweetened red bean paste.

  12. Alicia: Thank you. No recipe already posted for the strawberry semolina flan, other than the above directions. I guess I'll have to post one sometime soon, since it seems to be so popular. :-)
