Just in time for warm weather, I'm sharing some ice cream with a brownie, but it's not a run of the mill recipe. This recipe is for Individual Brownie Alaskas. It's simple enough for any day, but also elegant for a special anniversary, or even a fancy dinner party.
If you haven't already, don't forget to enter my giveaway of 101 Things I Learned in Culinary School by Louis Eguaras. It's a great culinary book!

I've never tried this, but someday I will! LOL I'm not a big fan of meringue, but the idea of baked Alaska just sounds like something I should try at least once.
ReplyDeleteI teased my kids ounce that I made Baked Alaska (none of them knew what it was). Now they keep bugging me to make it. I think I may have to make your recipe! I am a little scaird though! Thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteThe fist thing I made in high school cooking class was a Baked Alaska. I like the idea of the individual size made with a brownie.
