Word-Filled Wednesday: Churning Milk Into Butter

Photography by Rob Burton from Flickr public files

This type of butter churner is still used by nomadic tribes in the Middle East and is similar to the ones which would have been used in Biblical days. They are made of animal skins.

Wishing all of you a happy and blessed Wednesday.

  4. It takes a lot to churn butter... makes me think about how much it takes to churn anger into strife. There is an issue I need to deal with. Thank you for this verse.

  5. I love this. It's such an important thing to remember. I think wives sometimes tend to forget. I know I do. It's my daily struggle not to let the little things get me.

You have an amazing gift with words and recipes and an amazing gift of bringing out God's word from the daily items in our lives to remind us how much He yearns for that absolute perfect and personal relationship with us!
