Mmm ... Desserts! It's a Linky Party! Come join the fun!

This might sound a bit like a jam commercial, but with a name like Man-Catching Peanut Butter Cookies, it's got to be good! I think many of us might have man-catching -- and keeping -- recipes. One of mine were chocolate truffles. :-) Go take a peek at my Chocolate Truffles Recipe. I have fond memories of those truffles, and they have become a tradition at our home. Ashton of Something Swanky shares her college-days recipe that caught the attention of several men for her roommates and herself. Yes, her own husband was caught with a tiny bit of help from a cookie.

Lots of peanut butter and chocolate recipes were linked last week, and Andi, The Wednesday Baker, brought a Peanut Butter Squares Recipe for all of us to enjoy. There's no need to turn on the oven, these treats are made right on the stove top, which is so great for those scorching days of summer like the ones we just survived. It's fast and easy even for cooler days and great to give to anyone on your Christmas cookie exchange list.

Blessed Girl is a new blogger you might not have met yet, so go visit Blessed Girl's Kitchen to welcome her to the blogging neighborhood. She brought a tasty variation on cheesecake. Her Sopapilla Cheesecake is wrapped in croissant dough, and made with Neufchatel cheese which has more protein and less fat than the traditional cream cheese -- which is something we want, right?

Leave your participating dessert recipes below, and please remember to follow basic blogging etiquette. I unfortunately will have to delete any bloggers' links which do not. It has to be a dessert, you have to link back, link to your recipe, and try your best to visit fellow participants. It's all just common sense and common courtesy for all.

Have a great Monday, everyone!

If you follow basic linky party etiquette, I thank you. All your hostesses and fellow bloggers will appreciate it and you will benefit too. You will find that you are helping your own blogs become more popular and helping the foodie community remain a friendly community. Because of those who don't follow such etiquette, I'm saddened to say that for the first time in almost 4 years of blogging, I will have to resort to deleting those who abuse the use of the linky parties here at Joy of Desserts. For basic linky party etiquette you MUST: Follow the linky party theme; link directly to your participating posts; link back to all your hostesses on each participating post (NOT a different page), and don't just link and run. Please do your best to visit fellow participants and leave them a comment. Thank you!
