Pithoi Stored Oil, Wine And Grain In Biblical Times



These large, Greek ceramic vessels are called Pithoi and were used in Biblical times to store oil, wine and grains.

  1. I just YESTERDAY got a guide to NUMBERS....and thought wow....now there is a challenge....
    What a great way to illustrate that verse...
    If you could do all of the book of Numbers in graphics...it would make me VERY happy!!!:)

I so need to remember that in case we have a bible trivia and I can "awe" my hubby;I find so many that I want to be my memory verses than remember about the time I try to sample all the desserts at once and realize I have to enjoy just one at a time or I will spoil my goal to memorize verses...though it doesn't hurt to sample either.

    'Course all bets are off when I come here and then I try to figure out how many recipes I can try out in the kitchen at one time and explain to hubby why we suddenly have to have a dessert party else it's just him and me to eat all the goodies. "Sorry hubby, there goes your diet again...yes, I went to Joy's blog again, I can't help it, I'm addicted."
