Dessert Recipe Linky Party: Thanksgiving Recipes

With Thanksgiving approaching so fast, I've selected a couple recipes to highlight which you might want to prepare for your family this holiday. Each year our Thanksgiving just wouldn't be right if we didn't have some very specific dishes like sweet potatoes with marshmallows (click for an interesting bit of trivia about this famous dish), but I also always prepare some brand new dishes to keep the menu fresh and unexpected. These recipes would make great additions to my menu -- and yours.

First up, Candy linked up her Apple Pear Cranberry Honey Cream Mini Pies.

Alessa linked a very special tried and true recipe she has been preparing for her family and friends for the last 20 years, a Pumpkin Cheesecake.

What are your Must-Prepare dishes for Thanksgiving? What kind of new dishes will you be trying out this year?

Leave your link for Monday, Mmm ... Dessert.

Don't get deleted! Just follow the easy rules.

For basic linky party etiquette you MUST:

  • Follow the linky party theme;
  • Link directly to your participating posts;
  • Link back to Joy of Desserts on each participating post (NOT a different page);
  • Don't just link and run. Do your best to visit fellow participants, and leave them a comment.

Thank you! Have a great Monday!
