Here's a fast, easy and refreshing summer dessert recipe for two. It simply doesn't get much easier than that. Add more of the lemon-lime or lemonade, and it transforms into a delicious drink.

Raspberry Watermelon Slush
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup watermelon, cubed, frozen
1 cup carbonated lemon-lime beverage
2 teaspoons sugar
Whirl all ingredients in your blender until slushy.
Serves 2

ReplyDeleteWonderful! I'm loving that Watermelons are local here (now that we're in Florida) this time of year. Thanks for the link to cooking for two" blog. My kids are middle-aged now (yikes) but if I don't really think about it, it is still more natureal to cook enough for an army when it's just us.
