Pineapple Sherbet Recipe
1 cup water
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup milk
Few grains of salt

Combine sugar, salt, and water. Heat to boiling. Boil 5 minutes. Cool. Add pineapple, milk, and lemon juice. Mix well. Freeze. 6 servings.
